Two of our team are qualified yoga instructors, and regularly bring accessible yoga practices into a business setting.

No wrapping your legs around the back of your neck in this workshop, but you will learn how to breathe for energy, create a physical and mental stillness that brings sharper acuity and focus.

We’ll show you seated yoga practices that you can do at your desk without attracting attention, and introduce elements of Alexander Technique to focus on developing a free and relaxed posture, while keeping your back, neck, and shoulders healthy.
